Shipping and delivery
Once you have completed your purchase in our online store, the order will be packed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. Delivery time is 2-7 working days depending on the country.
All prices on the website are exclusive of delivery cost. In Denmark a delivery fee of 75 DKK will be added to the order and in the rest of Europe (EU) a delivery fee of 35 EUR will be added. There is free delivery on all orders over 1000 DKK in Denmark and on all orders over 135 EUR in Europe (EU).

Returns
You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order. All packages remain the responsibility of you until received at our return address as stated below:

All products should be returned in their original condition in undamaged packaging. We All Search reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not comply with the above criteria.
A return shipping label is enclosed with your order. Please use it if you are going to return a package. Return shipping will not be refunded.
Warranty claims
All products sold on www.weallsearch.com are subject to 2 years warranty. This warranty coves manufacturing faults only. We All Search is not liable for force majeure, accidents, improper use or wrong treatment of an item. If you believe you have a warranty claim please contact us by e-mail: mail@weallsearch.com. Include order number, photos of the claim area, a description of the claim and if applicable, description of how the fault occurred.
Should a dispute arise that cannot be solved between the customer and We All Search ApS, it will be resolved under Danish law at the Sø-og Handels courts in Copenhagen.
